Brief Introduction

Epoxy tile grout is a two- component epoxy adhesive for gap filling and decoration of tile gap. Main components are epoxy resin, curing agent and various pigment. It can be used for interior or exterior application on floors and walls, aperture around the close stool and sink, skirting.

This product is an upgrade product to substitute tradition gap filling sealant. It has more available color, much easy to apply.

Scope of Application

Various type of ceramic and tile, marble, granite, window, furniture, kitchen counter edge line , floor and wall tile, TV backdrop wall, mosaics.

Attention:

1 it is a must to squeeze out around 5-8cm and discard, otherwise, the former 5-8cm material cannot cure completely due to the two part haven’t be mixed well

2 the rubber tube mouth needs to be trimmed a little bit bigger to meet your demand since the regular size is too small to be squeezed out easily

3. Do not keep the mixed glue inside the rubber nozzle more than 20 minutes because it will be curing.  If the interval time to long, change another nozzle and squeeze out 5-8cm again.

4. do not operate when the aperture is wet, otherwise, color will change.

5 when clean the gap, take the cement out as long as 3mm depth is clean, the dust and cement attached on gap sides should be taken out, if not, the glossy and smooth effect could not be achieved as we except

6 if apply in temperature bellow 15 centigrade, the glue may not be squeezed out as usual, try to heat it in warm water around 60 centigrade for 15-20minutes
