Main Compositions are epoxy resin, organic fillings and quartz powder etc.

Suitable for the dry-hanging of background wall, stone curtain wall and the gluing of tile for wall and floor.

Scope of Application  

1. Dry-hanging of stone curtain wall, bonding of decoration layer.

2. Bonding together any of two materials, including Nature stone, artificial stone, concrete, wood, metal, brick, roof tile, FRP or other hard building materials.

3. Permanent bonding of stone or wood furniture.

4. Gap filling between precast cement parts

5. Reinforcement for structure of building. Gap filling and Anchorage.

Property

1. The products made up of modified epoxy resin polymer, possess extraordinary aging-resistant property, extremely strong

2. High viscosity, no sagging, over 90% high utilization rates, extraordinary seismic-resistant, compression-resistant, highly tensile and impact-resistant property.

3. Corrosion resistant. Harmless to human. If carelessly contaminated, soap water can be used for cleaning.

4. Can keep application environment clean, which will reduce the comprehensive cost.

5. High bonding strength; not contaminate to stone; appropriate cure time

Method of Application

1. Surface treatment: the apply surface must be dry，dust-free and oil-free, Firm and not loose. The subtract that impede the adhesion should be cleaned up, for example the paint on the metal surface, the loose materials on the concrete surface.  

2. Mixing method: Use small shovel to take our same portion of A part and B part, put on smooth and flat board (do not use the same shovel to take out the A part and B part). Use the small shovel to mixing thoroughly the two parts, the mixture ready for use till well mixed, color consistent.   

3. The mix glue can never be used after the working time. Under normal temperature 23℃, the working time is 10 minutes, initial curing 4hours,  complete solidification take 2 days.

4. Do not move the gluing objects after the working time, if move, need to mix the glue and paste again.

5. Suitable application temperature -5 ℃ to 40 ℃.
